We carefully pack and dispatch every order. However, if your product arrives damaged due to handling during transit, please follow the steps below:

1. Record an Unboxing Video 📹

Please record a clear, continuous video while opening the package. This helps us verify the damage and raise a proper complaint with our courier partner.

2. Contact Us & Return the Damaged Product 📦

After verification, the damaged product must be returned to our warehouse address mentioned below.

Please Note: The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. We request you to use a reliable courier service and keep the return shipping receipt safely until the return process is completed.

3. IMPORTANT — Mention Your Order Details 📝

When sending the damaged product back, please clearly mention the following in the Order Note:

– Order Number of the Received Product OR COID Number
– Customer Name

👉 Please mention the Order Number of the product you received or the COID Number associated with that product. This helps us quickly identify the returned product and process your refund or exchange without unnecessary delay.

4. Refund / Exchange 🔄

Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage, your refund or replacement/exchange will be initiated, as applicable.

The returned product is also required for us to submit the necessary evidence and report to our courier partner regarding possible mishandling during transit.
