🔄 RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY-

1. Returns

Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged products

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

Without video proof, returns will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items

Cosmetic products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons

3. Refunds

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
